it's been a while... so what's happened in the 5 months of 2007??? i ran two short races... i ran two 4 milers, one was a race for the park, and the other one was the revlon 4 miler for women's cancer. the revlon race was a very emotional one... there were so many people running with signs that said "cancer free for ____ long" but particularly, i ran behind two women (mom and daughter) and the daughter's sign said "cancer free for 3 years and 6 days" and the mom's said, "running to support my beautiful and brave daughter jamie"... yes, i did cry when i saw that... who wouldn't? our store went on line (www.shoproam.com). please check it out and spread the word to your friends and family. on it, you can find jewelry made by yours truly (jenie jang nyc designs) and all the pictures were taken in central park also by yours truly... =) and the most exciting news of all is that my visa is in the process of being filed as we speak. please pray that everything will go well. i'm not too worried, but you never know about the INS... i'll update everyone on how it goes... i'm going to go out and buy a bottle of opus one when i get my papers... this summer should be fun. there are many concerts in the park, shakespeare in the park, hamptons trip and a trip out to the west coast being planned... |
